Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by friendly and attentive staff who showed me to my luxurious room. the beautiful and elegant decoration, as well as the exclusive amenities like the private facilities and open-air bath, made me feel pampered and relaxed. the restaurant served an amazing dinner, with a traditional Japanese course that was impeccably timed and beautifully presented.
While the room was impeccably clean, I did notice some dust that triggered my allergies. this minor issue did not detract from my otherwise luxurious and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood and is a great place to unwind and relax. the tram station is just a short walk away, providing easy access to the main area of the city. the hotel offers spacious rooms with private onsen, massage chairs, and beautiful views. the staff is friendly and serves delicious course meals for breakfast and dinner. there's a library to enjoy some reading before bed and a lounge with great city views.
The hotel's exterior design is not impressive.

The hotel has amazing facilities including a beautiful onsen with city views and an outdoor bath. The traditional Japanese dinner was exquisite and the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. The hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, but it's convenient to get to the city by tram.
Nothing at all.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Our room was spacious and well-kept, with a stunning view of the surrounding area. We particularly enjoyed the private onsen-fed bath, which was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The Japanese-style breakfast was a real highlight, with a range of delicious local dishes to try.
A few of the staff members struggled with English, which made communication difficult at times. We also found that the hotel was quite hard to find, even with GPS.

Friendly staff and stunning views I recently went on a winter holiday to a Japanese hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make us feel welcome. the views were breathtaking, with panoramic windows that let us gaze out over the snow-covered landscape below. the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions and experiencing the local culture. We also loved the traditional Japanese-style breakfast that was served each morning.
the language barrier made communication difficult at times, and some of the staff didn't speak much English.
